One possible version：

Dr. Yuan Longping is a person who likes to have dreams. For him, one dream is not always enough. When he was a young man, he saw many people go hungry, so he had one dream of producing a kind of rice that could feed more people. Now, using his hybrid rice, farmers are producing harvests twice as large as before. Therefore, he has another dream that his rice can be grown around the world.

Like Dr. Yuan, one should have different dreams in different periods. So when we have realized our dream, we should have another dream. Besides, it is keeping working hard and never giving up that lead to Dr. Yuan’s success, so not only hard work but also determination is the very key to realizing our dream.(111 words)

W: Hi, Simon. How was your trip to Lombok?

M: Well, I was supposed to fly from London to Singapore and then Mataram to Lombok, but the taxi I arranged turned up an hour late. I got there just in time. I handed over my suitcase but then I found I didn’t have my passport. So back home I went to get it, and then off to the airport. At last I got a later flight. But I had to fly to Bali and then take a ship to Lombok.

W: Oh. What about Lombok itself?

M: It was beautiful. I went swimming but suddenly there was a huge fish in front of me, and as it swam past I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. It hurt me. I started screaming and headed back to the beach. A taxi driver took me to the hospital and the doctors looked after me very well.

W: So how did you spend the rest of your time there?

M: Well, the next day I went to drive towards the highest mountain in Lombok. I couldn’t climb so I stopped to admire the beautiful sunset. Zxxk

W: That sounds great.

M: Yeah.

Well, I remembered it was Sunday afternoon and I was sitting out in the garden reading newspapers. Then I heard a loud knock at the door. And I went out, and there were about 12 elderly ladies, looking happy and friendly. And they said, “Well, we’re sorry. We hope were not late, but we couldn’t find the house very easily.” And then one of them said very helpfully. “Well your husband was very kind in inviting us to tea.” So I asked them into the house. Then when my husband appeared they didn’t speak to him, and I thought this was surprising because they said they’d been invited by him. And he looked a bit shocked to see them all sitting there. And then we quickly discovered that it was the wrong husband and they were in fact expected at a house on the other side of the village. So they were very embarrassed and red faced and said how sorry they were, and went walking down through the village to the right house. Well, I hope they would find the right house they were supposed to go to.
