教学目标

知识技能目标
  1.使学生能熟练掌握有关看病的交际用语并能根据具体情景灵活运用。
  2.培养学生阅读能力,使其能根据上下文判断出生词的大意,并能回答课后问题。
  3.使学生能够结合上节课有关饮食的主题用英语讨论如何保持健康。
  4.使学生能够熟练掌握情态动词have to 和must 的用法和系动词的基本用法。
知识要点:
  1.词汇
  New words and phrases: trouble, headache, have a headache, cough, have a cough, terrible, serious, pain, dream, worst, wake, wake up, as soon as, asleep, fall asleep, plant, storm, stop form, difficult, pill, awake, be awake, relax, again and again, angry, hard, smell, rich, become, instead, instead of, look over, enough, take exercise, fat, thin
  2.日常交际用语
  (1)I don’t feel very well.
  (2)What is the trouble?
  (3)What is the matter with you?
  (4)I have a headache and a cough.
  (5)I had a pain in my head.
  (6)She didn’t feel like eating anything
  (7) Let me take your temperature.
  (8)Take this medicine three times a day.
  (9)Have a good rest and drink more water.
  (10)What about the sleeping pills I give you?
  (11) Don’t they work?
  (12)There’s nothing much wrong with you, but I am afraid you have a problem…
  3.语法
  情态动词have to 和must 的用法
  I have to take Jill to the hospital. Jill has to stay in bed when she is sick.
  Do you have to stop eating ice cream?
  No, I don’t have to, but I must eat less of it.
  系动词后常用名词,形容词,副词和介词短语
  Dr. Johnson is my husband. He’s a doctor in a hospital downtown. We got married two years ago when we felt very happy to be together. But he fell ill last week and is now in hospital. But today he is better. In fact he looks very well now.
态度情感目标
  健康是做好一切事情的根本。要想有强健的体魄,除了合理安排好一天的生活以外,还需要科学的、卫生的饮食习惯,每天一定量的体育活动和体力劳动。通过本单元教学应使学生懂得青少年必须有健康的身体,长大以后才能成为一位具有现代科学文化,适合时代要求的合格劳动者。
